Fusheng offers full-scale manufacturing services for luggage products. We begin with structure design and optimization for the luggage, where our engineer team reach a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability for your luggage. This is followed by mold development for case, handle and wheel, where precision engineering ensures the molds are robust and ready for high-volume production. Our injection molding production then brings the designs too life with high-quality plastic components. Thermoforming is a main forming process we use to make luggage case. Our sewing workshop handle the luggage interior stitching and the assembly workshop is where all parts come together to produce a luggage.
Structure design
Our engineer team helps to optimize the structure of your luggage so it can be easily produced. At the same time, we optimize the space utilization and durability of the luggage.
Mold development
We develop molds with advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure the molds are durable, cost-effective and capable of supporting large-scale production with stability and uniformity.
Plastic Injection
Injection is the key step in manufacturing plastic parts. By controlling the parameters of the machine, we produce high-quality plastic components that meet the design of the shell, trolley and wheels.
Thermo forming
This process involves heating plastic sheets to a softened state, then applying pressure to form them into the desired shape and finally cooling to set the shape.
Sewing
Sewing is the process to stitch different material such as fabric and plastic shell together to form the main structure of the luggage. This process needs precise operation and high-quality sewing threads to ensure the strength and aesthetics of stitching.
Assembly
Assembly is the process of combining all individual parts such as case, wheels, handles, ect. into a complete luggage. Our skilled workers will ensure that all parts are correctly installed and work together well, resulting in a fully functional and easy-to-use luggage.
